Sabbatical

Dear would-be clients. I'm taking a little break. My real-life job has picked up substantially and I'm not going to be taking any new blog orders for the time being. I'll be back once business slows down, but it's just not fair to my RL clients, you or me to try and take on too much.

If you are a current client and have any problems with your design/code, please email me, I'll be happy to help you get it back up and running if at all possible.

Once Upon a Time has twins - precious, precious twins! Her favorite color is purple, could you guess?

And Lindsey and her DH are Waiting for Our Miracle. She is a girl who knows what she wants, we went through about 3 designs before we hit the one that worked - isn't it fun?
And we all know how much I love repeat customers! Foxy didn't need a whole new design, she just wanted a complimentary look for her birthday.

It dawned on me today that I never featured the design I did for STFU.

Foxy, isn't it?

Foxy Popcorn emailed and asked for a blog design to kick off her new blog "Someday." She threw a lot of inspiration at me, so the first draft didn't hit the mark. But after a quick chat by phone (love getting to talk to my fellow IFers!!), we hit up the right look:

Keeping up!

Wow, business has boomed for me in the last 3-4 weeks. Here are a couple more that I've just finished and there will be at least two more in the next week or so!

First is, Sweet Pea from Hopes & Dreams for us. She wanted something cheery and told me that she loved the color orange.

And then there is Mrs. Cupcake over at Life of a Cupcake. She wanted something bright and energetic - but no pink!

I'm so behind!

I have designed so many blogs since I last posted! I've been swamped with work on many fronts and cannot complain. Here's a little catch-up. To see the whole look of any of the blogs I've worked on, see my client list at right.

Where the Wright Day Takes You

Elizabeth at "Where the Wright Day Takes You" (don't you just love the name of her blog?!?) contacted me about updating her corner of the internets. She said that she really was liking birds at the moment and lots of color, but not primaries.

Fearlessly Infertile

Christa over at Fearlessly Infertile not only came up with a new name for her blog, she also needed a makeover. I was very excited to get to do this "superhero" themed layout - because all of us struggling with IF are superheros in our own right!

Journey to the end of the Rainbow

Arlyne over at Journey to the end of the Rainbow needed a way to start her blog off right. Here is her header design.

Rain Child over at Raining Raining wanted me to incorporate her love of nature and her own photographs (which were stunning!).

Eileen, over at We got hitched. We bought the 4 bedroom house. Now what??? needed a new look. She ordered a whole redesign of her blog. And this is the header of what she got. Cruise on over to her blog to see the whole design.

IF Crossroads: Updated!

Michelle over at IF Crossroads went and got herself pregnant... so I tweaked her blog header for her. With a bump on the way, I thought her readers needed a warning that some homone dangers could lie ahead!

Venting Vagina

This header tope the pages of The Baby Baker's blog, Venting Vagina. The Baby Baker wasn't too specific in her design request. But she too wanted a softer look. We went through about 4 versions before finalizing this one.
